Bilateral Drawing: Aligning for Calm

Is the world feeling out of control? Try this simple Art Therapy activity to restore calm and connection in your day. Using bilateral drawing, both hands at the same time, we will create a quick and easy self portrait. Through aligning both sides of our body to synchronic movement we can achieve a natural sense of calm.
