Groups have their own special kind of magic. We are social creatures that are meant to gather, share experiences and learn from each other. As much as it might feel strange to share with strangers...trust me they won't be strangers for long. My workshops are for Adults 18+ in small groups to encourage connection. These offerings are not meant as therapy but an invitation towards wellness using creativity as our guide. No art experience necessary but a willingness to explore.
