Rooted in trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and somatic processing, we use art therapy as a gentle pathway to explore inner landscapes, support healing, and reconnect with self—guided by creativity and curiosity.

As a Registered Art Therapist and Counsellor, I support individuals seeking a less traditional path to wellness. Sometimes talking isn’t the doorway—it can feel more possible to explore through creative expression, movement, or embodied practices. Together, we create space to gently explore, release, and reframe experiences with curiosity and care.
Art therapy uses creative expression to connect inner and outer worlds, helping us tune into the body, felt sensations, and inner experiences. It offers new perspectives and reaches places words often cannot.
My work is trauma-informed, mindful, and somatic, supporting those ready to evolve, let go of old patterns, and feel more at home within themselves. I draw from creative expression, nervous system regulation, somatic experiencing, sand tray and play therapy, internal family systems, and mindful awareness to support holistic transformation.
