Perhaps you have tried other therapies and are still looking for answers? Maybe it is just to hard to talk about it? Or you feel the need to re-connect with yourself in a unique way?

Art Therapy might just be the right fit for you! Here you will learn how to express yourself in unique ways, find solutions as yet unimagined and discover layers of meaning as yet unexplored. All while having fun in the process.

You DO NOT need to have artistic ability and all ages can benefit from it..

Registered Art Therapist | Registered Theraputic Counsellor

Welcome to Westcoast Expressive located in the Unceded ƛaɁuukwiatḥ Territory, Tofino, BC. Here you will find a safe space to be heard, witnessed and supported. I provide creative discovery from a trauma informed lens grounded in polyvagal theory to soothe on the cellular level and teach how our creativity can be a  conduit to our healing. It would be my honour to walk beside you, support difficult conversations with an open heart and provide a space to evolve. I love what I do and I would love to share it with you.

As a proud Tribal Parks Ally I am honoured to live, work and play in the unceded Hahuuli of the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nations.

It is an immeasurable privilege to inhabit these beautiful lands and I invite members of Indigenous communities to inquire about the free counselling program supported by Jordans Principle
