What is Expressive Arts Therapy?
Expressive arts therapy is the practice of using imagery, storytelling, sandplay, play, earth art, poetry, movement, dreamwork, and visual arts together, in an integrated way, to foster human growth, development, and healing.

My philosophy is centred around creativity as a transformational tool. I will always return to the art as a place to ground and centre our conversations. My approach to therapy is one of empowerment; to work with you towards ways of enabling your own inner strengths and resources to help you make shifts towards personal wellness, in relationships at home and at work and the changes that you seek to leading a more fulfilling life.
