 Feeling isolated, alone or confused?

Overwhelmed with your thoughts, feelings or behaviours?

Stuck in a pattern that no longer fits?

I can offer support and guidance in all areas of life, love and loss. Using expressive arts therapy we will create a plan tailored specifically to meet your therapeutic goals.

What is Expressive Arts Therapy?

Expressive arts therapy is the practice of using imagery, storytelling, sandplay, play, earth art, poetry, movement, dreamwork, and visual arts together, in an integrated way, to foster human growth, development, and healing.

Lora McNeil

Registered Art Therapist | Registered Theraputic Counsellor

My philosophy is centred around creativity as a transformational tool. I will always return to the art as a place to ground and centre our conversations. My approach to therapy is one of empowerment; to work with you towards ways of enabling your own inner strengths and resources to help you make shifts towards personal wellness, in relationships at home and at work and the changes that you seek to leading a more fulfilling life.

I acknowledge that I live, work, play and continue to learn on the ancestral unceded Indigenous territories of the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nations.

It is an immeasurable privilege to inhabit these beautiful lands and I invite members of Indigenous community to inquire about the free counselling program, supported by Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council
