My
Story
Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect.
You may be finding your way through a difficult experience, a time of change, or something that is simply hard to put into words. You may be here for yourself, or looking for support for your child or teen.
I offer a creative space to explore what’s happening, make sense of what you’re carrying, and find new ways forward. Art therapy gives us room to work with words when they’re helpful—and other ways of expressing and understanding when they’re not.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. Sometimes the work begins by making space for what comes next.
I offer individual Art Therapy for children, youth, and adults, Clinical Supervision, and Therapeutic Art Workshops online and from my forest studio on the unceded territory of the K'ómoks First Nation in Courtenay, British Columbia.
