Art Therapy Inktober Challenge!

Have you ever needed a fire lit underneath you to actually show up for yourself? Me too!

This October get in touch with your creative side with my Inktober Art Therapy Challenge. Follow the creative prompts each day to increase your creative confidence, provide moments of self reflection and ultimately have a ton of fun in the process.

Please spend no more than 5-10 minutes a day on these challenges as we can get very critical when we allow ourselves to get bogged down in the details. Create knowing you will have no audience or judge but you!

These prompts are meant to provide opportunities to play, stretch into new perspectives, hopefully release some tension and learn that creativity needs exercise like any other muscle. With practice it becomes easier and easier to tap into our creative super power.
