Welcome to My Workshops

In these groups we will focus on Wellness Activities that are grounded in Expressive Arts Therapy. These groups are not meant as therapy but an invitation towards wellness using creativity as your guide. You will emerge with tools to use in your daily life to continue building a life focused on health and creativity. Plus they are fun!

No art experience necessary but a willingness to explore. 

Small groups for max of 10 participants. Groups are ONLINE and tailored towards adults (18+) at this time.

Winter Wellness

Maintain your spark through the dark!

This ONLINE workshop series uses art therapy to lift our spirits through the dark time of the year (Oct.-Feb) Each month we explore a new theme to connect to the season and build resiliency. 


Altered Book Club 

Join this 5 week ONLINE Therapeutic Art Group for Adults. Here you will be guided through deconstructing an old book into a self care journal that is uniquely you! You will emerge with an altered book that is filled with self affirmations, self discoveries and learn a mindfulness practice that you can carry forward as a self care practice


Intro to Mindful Journaling 

The goals of mindful art journaling are diverse; some people want to reduce stress, while others seek to work through a specific issue. Whatever the reason, the therapeutic aspect of this experience can be profound. Even a few minutes a day of mindful art journaling can go a long way towards improving mood, lowering anxiety, and fostering a feeling of wellbeing

Join me at the beach for an evening of weaving our intentions for the future.

Working with found objects and an array of materials you will be guided through self reflection activities and emerge with an art piece to inspire you.
